Got it. Go talk to Shady in the Arena. You'll have to upgrade the shop. Go talk to him again and he'll send some chick to talk to Toph.

I think so. The anti-hypnosis room and Toph training are both under development, so it seems like you can't progress after that.

Slave route is finished, however MITY has said that he may added some extra things to do in the routes at the end of he game. So maybe in ten more years well get some more slave Toph action.
