They definitely don't. You pick what spirit to have with you on this choice. If you have been paying attention to the story instead of skipping it you'd know why it matters. Otherwise just pick the one you want to fuck.

Yes. Books 1-4 and the epilogue for the love route are complete. Books 1-4 for the slave route are also complete and the epilogue is being worked on with releases every other month.

Do 5 night shifts at the bar and then talk to Shady, like Ty Lee tells you to do.

You need to enable the content by answering questions in a specific way in book 4 somewhat early on.

Book 4 love route: When you and Korra leave the compound, she asks you questions you have to answer in a specific way twice.
Book 4 slave route: You have to go talk to Jinora on the island with the statue of Aang and be a terrible person.

There's other questions too and at every point you can fail it and lock loli out. Any time it asks you anything relevant always make sure you don't shut it down, usually by answering the last option in a list of 6 options which are like "no, never, absolutely not, negative, how bout no, well...."
