i went back through and re-played each minigame twice. that proc'd her being in the Ferris wheel.
I've played them more than three times and I still have to win the hammer game and water gun game too
You should only need to play and win the mini-games once after Ikki goes missing and visiting the "?" spot again before Ikki shows up in the Ferris wheel.
I've won the ball-throwing game, the other two are hard to beat. I get the mallet all the way to the top and still lose then the water gun game I only get 10 points.

Press space bar to cheat on the hammer game.

slave routes korra the training mini game crashes as soon as you reload a save mid it. Litearly freazes to crash.
You can put it in his butt on the ferris wheel on the SECOND night (and every night afterwords) of the festival when you show the twins around. Take them to all the games and the squirt gun game back room first. Then visit with Senna and Tonraq. I don't know if it works if you don't blackmail Senna, as I did, but if you fuck Senna and then go back to the ferris wheel you can fuck Eska and you get an option during it to fuck Desna.
How do you even get to go the the Glacier Spirit Festival? How do you even trigger that event because I'm just stuck at the compound and no new dialogue is coming up
