Just to be sure, did you select "I can't..." when talking to Pema about having sex with her the first time, or select "that makes no sense..." after Zhu Li's wedding? Those options lock you out of being able to have sex with her after she offers to fuck you with the condoms. I played though B4L from start to the time it takes you to the epilogue and never had the option to have sex with Pema disabled.
For the first scene of pema, i select the "very well then..." choice and for the wedding of Zhu Li i don't remember.
Well I'm sorry then. I wasn't able to replicate the issue and it doesn't seem to be a bug with the version itself. The only thing I can suggest is reloading a save from before getting to Republic City and seeing if that fixes it while choosing the right options.
I restart a new save from the begining and now i've got the "more testing!" option. It was just a bug from the 1-1-5b version but thanks for the help !

I finished this game, and here's my tier list of each kingdom's adventures.
1-Air, arguably the best, the best women are here. Korra is the hottest of the main characters, and Eskka and Jinora are both so hot.
2-Fire, Azula is fucking hot. The incest here is hot. The sex with Azula in the love route is great. She has this thing about constantly teasing Zuko.
3-Water, although Katara is hot, it's just her, a boring nation. I have no desire to redo it again.
4-Earth, the worst of all. Toph isn't hot at all, the supporting characters are weak, and the only one who's remotely interesting is Suki. Other than that, it's weak.

3:fire, not many to fuck, and the fighting is boring, i like azula though.

your sorta fucked and just locked if you do the code before talking to varrack since talking does nothing and nothing progresses

- Air Love Route
- Air Slave Route
- Air Slave Epilogue (the current one)
- Fire Love Route
- Earth Love/Slave Route
- Air Love Epilogue (since it’s basically just scenes on Amber Island…)
- Fire Slave Route
- And lastly, Water Love/Slave Route
