No they don't, if you took love route, it assume you did the love route and searched for the avatar in book 2 and if you do the slave route, it assume you did the slave route in book 2.

I don't know at the very beginning of the game it seems like Korra only just recently died while your character is an adult meaning they had to have been alive at the same time. My theory is that he just wakes up in his own bed to relive his memories (a time before korra is dead) as his past self and someone says something cheeky like "hey your life in the past counts as a past life". I'm just having fun speculating because the last chapter has the most potential for time travel fuckery.
Once again, no, not possible, the new avatar is born when the old avatar die so Korra died at least 18 years before the start of the game, at no point can they have lived at the same time, the MC's life litteraly require Korra's death to start.
Yeah if you play the start of the game it seems to me at least that Korra only just recently died the MC reacts with confusion when he's told korra is dead and the spirit lady says because she died so suddenly they have to do this past life nonsense so he can learn bending in a reasonable amount of time.
No, it doesn't say shit about Korra dying recently and the MC in no way act shocked about that, the very basis of his life is that the previous avatar died, an avatar can only be born when the previous one is dead, it's the very basis of the avatar.
Yeah i'm aware of the lore dude I'm also aware the guy has been taking liberty with how things work in his fan made game so i'm pretty comfortable throwing ideas out while we wait. Your interpretation of what was said and the reactions to what was said are valid and probably right but I also don't think the way i walked away from it is unfair either. He's listening to the radio talk about how spirits have been going crazy since she died and then the main spirit lady shows up and tells him she messed up when she died and he just acts generally shocked. Either way I don't really care how it plays out just throwing out ideas.
