Agreed. Azula is pretty possessive, but I love her just as much as Katara.

She's Aang's lover, but I wish her progression ended in the first book and maybe after everything, we get to see her again if we'd like, since we tell her we will come back.
The reason I liked book 2 so much, was because it was something completely different from book one and I was hoping for the same in book 3.

How would Azula and Mai recognize a change in behavior ? in their book we were amnesiac and even the MC though he was Zuko and even as we leave, Azula doesn't seems to think we aren't Zuko.

I mean unlike Katara, we have no indication Mai and Azula have any idea of the whole thing, especialy since Tai Lee doesn't recognize us from Book 3 either so i doubt the fire trio had Katara's insider info.

No, the only one who knows who the MC is, is Katara. Tai Lee doesn't know who you are and even Azula herself doesn't care about you, when she appears in book 3, when you're with Tai Lee just before the ending.

I played through the Book 3 slave route a few versions back, but after it got its ending. Is the pregnancy stuff mentioned in the changelog available in the slave route or is it exclusive to the love route? Also, did anything get added to the slave route after it got its end?

For story's sake, Book 3 takes place before Book 2 chronologically. So the Azula and Ty Lee you meet in Book 3 haven't met the MC from Book 2 yet. This is why the MC gives Ty Lee the idea to open up a tavern in Book 3 and she has said tavern in Book 2.

Yes. But Azula never finds out that the MC is in Zuko's body, especially considering this timeline. For her, the MC is Zuko, regardless of how weird he's acting. Katara is the only one who knows about it and actually knows even more about the plot.

I am aware. I was just clarifying that Azula wouldn't know either way it's the MC at that point because she never met him extensively until Book 3.

Whether a prisoner or Zuko, Azula never finds out the MC is the MC. Although the love route where you escape with her DOES have her see you leave the spirit, I'm pretty sure the "canon" route is the one where you're Zuko and you leave her.
