If you aren't aware, FET was in hiatus because one of the team members had problems. They said it long ago, they weren't working on it during all this time. They even paused their Patreon.
It is funny to see people wanting to teach a moral lesson on a pirate website.
It's like a killer saying to another, "Hey man, stealing is wrong".

Hey, long time MITY patron here.
I can forgive them for this update being miniscule because cbob had a legitimate writer's block and a mental breakdown that he needed to take a break from, so obviously it wasn't going to be a huge update.
I can't forgive this not being the first time cbob's left Marty high and dry.
I can't forgive cbob forcing Marty to play PR Guy again to try and salvage something from the wreckage that cbob caused by taking yet another hiatus.
I can't forgive them allowing two months to go by with no update on anything and not turning donations off.
I can't forgive their staunch position of keeping cbob on just because it's "his project" and refusing to hire any other talent to help fill the missing void to get something out. Even if that something becomes non canon when cbob comes back and does what he wants to do, as long as it's an update on the main game people donate to them for people would be satisfied.
I like Marty. Dude tends to make a Subway chicken sandwich out of a pile of chicken shit that he's often left with. It isn't an amazing meal I'd eat everyday but it's something I'm okay with given I'm still eating chicken shit.
I also know Marty's complacent and won't make a decision or take any action until people on his Patreon start commenting en masse about it on the Patreon posts themselves.
Technically these are used, they just put the swimsuit on top of these images.
We are all consumers of the product, having obtained it lawfully or not, so if I consume the product and don't like it, I am not obliged to give positive opinions about it.
If you want to tell the people, that they don't pay for it, okay, but, you're just the dirty one wanting to give moral lessons to the badly washed.

Basically as you do in the rest of the game, click on any location and and talk option and if you're stuck do it again. There are only a few rare cases where that would fail, e.g. when you have to wait for a certain event to trigger.
When that happens just do the same thing again.
The most important advise: Follow the story and READ. Don't skip the text on your first playthrough.
In bk4 the pattern is always as this:
- You can't miss anything (yet) as you have to do everything you can to move on.
- If you did every needed talk action >>> night will automatically trigger
- Again, do every possible action until you are allowed to sleep (option in your room)
That's it.
PS
There was a soft lock bug that stopped you from progression but it should be fixed with the last version.
Marty most likely felt obligated to shield cbob and not go behind his back when he was down. His teen titans game may be a plan B if cbob ends up being gone for good.
Marty started as an artist. He still has a huge learning curve with code and writing, not to mention managing the business and legal side of creating a porn game that he gets paid for based on a large corporations intellectual property.

Same except for the difference than I decided to rewatch Avatar: The Last Airbender and then watch Avatar: The Legend of Korra which is a fucking mistake especially the first 2 seasons which I regret watching but in season 3 and 4 that bitch Korra at least finally gets what she deserves and learns some humility through pain which doesn't make the last 2 seasons automatically good but they're kinda satisfying.
