H-Scenes are probably scattered across randomly, but the bulk of book 3's are on page 8. The most recent save, with everything unlocked for 0.6.11, is #71, the first save on page 8.

I don't think there is one yet, it seems there is a delay on that version, and it is always a bit behind from what I have seen.

you have to go to the arena first. there is shady. He tells you to go to the shady girl.

Should be the last one, if nothing else, though after the Toph and Katara scene. But if I messed something up, this one puts you right there.

Many of the last few have it unlocked, you just have to go to the brothel and talk to her.
