For me sad that it will end. I don't or rather have not set my expectations up to be disappointed in the ending. It will be an end and likely unless it is really botched I will be okay with it. I have questions I want answered and if they are not it will be a little disappointing but it will not take away from the joy I got while playing the game.

Anyway, I'm not far along with the last chapter yet. I finished two scenes... which is practically speaking just one, because if you choose one, you won't get to see the other...

I still have no idea about the Korra/Jinora different scenes from the previous build because you had to "only pick one girl"

there arent any diference. just limited content to a single girl instead of both. its there for people who cant stand the character and want a "waifu only" choice. my bet is, this is for people who, even in the love route cant with korra and wish to avoid her as much as possible. with going korra only being just there as an extra.

but everything you can do with them in their solo route, is avaliable at the duo route.

Honestly, if this is going where I think it's going, I can see this easily being done in the time frame MITY said they were aiming for.

I imagine that book 5 is going to be a lot less content heavy and mainly just tie up the plot. Like the player had to go across time seeding people with the Avatar's energy for some spiritual reason or something. When all the spirit stuff is resolved, the protag gets their big Valhalla ending. A spirit world harem with all of the girls you met across time. And this would basically just be an in game way to replay all of the sex scenes, no gallery mod needed, and maybe some new scenes as well.

I'm of course just spitballing speculations here. Whatever happens, and however it ends, it's been a hell of a ride.

The former. No other game made me look forward to updates in anticipation like this game did, there will be a feeling of emptiness for some time. I went through this after ending Witcher 3 too, but only for some days, I have a feeling this will have more impact on me.

Marty deserves a break though, and maybe even cbob will come back to the new project, though I have my doubts about that. What also eases my mind is that Marty has put out quite a big collection of art files. With a little effort and talent it's possible to do almost anything when modding the game.

Regarding the epilogue, I have low expectations, even more so after Marty thought it possible to deliver in less than a month. He tends to be unreasonable with schedules but this tells me, he's not going for a lot of lewd scenes but more of a story patch. But we'll see.

Nope to the last sentence. There are exclusive lewd scenes to each route, even if only a few.

on a side note, i'm pretty sure i didn't see any blood when, you know, girls had their first time. but why? i mean it's not like i want to see it, it's just, you know... for science!

I guess I have to join IdarksoulsI here. Since ^^@rty did not respond to patreons plea to invest more in the epilogue, do not expect much from the finale. It feels bad that FET will not get the grand ending it deserve, but that is it.

I am desperately trying to maintain tempered optimism , by "tempered" I mean not setting my expectations too high. After reading IdarksoulsI and TopAnalRapeLover 's posts It is getting exceedingly difficult to remain optimistic.

I find it weird and unexpected that ^^@arty declared he'll seal it all within month, and also that he does not respond to the (many) pleas not to rush. Up to now he was very committed to FET's quality standard though FET is not his creation.

But that's what there is. With cbob totally out of FET and in fact out of any creative scene that is all we have.

As I mentioned before the loss of cbob is quite a blow. We lost an outstanding creator, but we can't blame a really ill person.

Something else people need to consider. We don't know how much was prepared ahead of time over the course of the game's development. For all we know, the main meat and potatoes of the ending is on hand and it's all a matter of putting it in and stitching it all together.

As IdarksoulsI pointed out, the time frame ^^@rty gave is one that is not enough to produce enough scenes for a fit ending. It was known that the epilogue was meant to be shorter than a book, but still, each book was comprised of numerous updates that each too a month. A one update epilogue means less that 1/6 (and that's conservative) of books 3 and 4. This means that ^^@rty's intentions are a very short epilogue.

Have not been keeping up much with this, was planning on waiting until Korra Love route was finished before I went all in on it.
But now I'm reading that this story will get an abridged ending?
That sucks, I was already annoyed at how many side girls there were in Korra Love.

Marty does seem to have a habit of saying he is trying to do X... and then when update time comes we get the I was going for X... but ended up with X... and I was hearing feed back so I only have half of what I expected to have completed and there will be more coming but I said I was going to have something for you by X time so here is what I have will be more later.

We have seen that scenario with Both Marty and CBob before. even though Cbob is not involved it would not be a stretch to think Marty could pull that being he has before. (May be wishful thinking, and it may be that Marty is just burned out and wants to finish and be done with it)
