The production, consumption, or distribution of pornography in all its forms is prohibited. It started as an old law that tried to reduce sexual crimes. This law is still in full effect today.
Of course it happens (like any other crime or prohibited stuff around the world), there's even prostitution streets on Itaewon, but if the cops "decide" to get you, you'll have trouble.

Idk about hiding it..like if that is the case how is Lehzin, Toptoon, Toomics able to operate using Korean service and commercial ads and coupons but has large portion of basically pornographic comics. You even need Korean number to register for the websites.
It's a grey area. There is an obscure old law with ambiguous wording, but in general, you basically just can't show genitals. There are korean porn movies that use heavy mosaics and don't show penetration. There are porn comics with lightsaber censorship. While porn is illegal, it's ambiguous enough that they can use the art vs porn argument. If you notice, Korean porn movies and especially comics tend to have more actual story than Japanese stuff.
In Kidmo's case, he got in trouble due to depicting school girls AFAIK. He didn't really draw loli stuff from what I've seen, but he did have comics about high school girls and stuff. It's pretty bullshit.
What happened was he learned about some works using his artwork without permission on some pirate site (not sure which one). He asked them to take it down. They didn't comply and told him to prove his ownership. He applied for copyright on his works which linked his real identity to it. And then he got fucked. That's just what I've read online about this situation.

Mostly it's quite hard, if what they said is true no one will do same mistake again I loved his art style very much story not that much but I was hoping for same but after hearing everything I don't think it's coming to an end

by what do you mean play these games? just download and click, its a Visual Novel so there's no complex mechanics or whatsoever
