no this game is consistently the number one trending game even when there is not that much activity in this thread.
Is there a way to avoid the Betrayal ending if you engage with NTRS content or are you kinda outta luck?

Everything is ok if you don't go full NTRS on the 2 big douchebags bosses, everything is ok from prostituiton to battle rape to GORs
They got Kagura translation 5 years ago, did you just come out of a time machine ? And even before that, a translator on this 4rum already manually translated it 100% before Kagura

game over rapes thought.... it's not actually game over since the game does not punish you with game over screen afterward.... still, you get the gist, CGs from defeat.
Just win battle, don't lose or click ntr choice then you will reach the happy ending.
You should be on the NTR path if you keep having sex with the guys when the heroine says something like "I can't keep donig this or there's no way back"

Liked the game overall, shame that the pregnancy only works in ntr routes. Also, no post ending content, makes it bit depressing, not going to lie, I wish there was some post end game content. The story was pretty good.

I uninstalled the game after getting the harem ending where you get both Lisa and Serena, the game starts right back from the beginning after the ending. Was there an additional content if I had continued the story again?
Edit: I ended up playing it again, there was pretty much no difference from the first playthrough.
