The developers did not make it easy for anyone to translate it. They use a custom textbox that is not standard for RPGM. That alone seems to cause the text to run off the screen with long text strings and the formatting to be ignored. I did soem tests with this MTL and any formatting changes I made manually were ignored. Most likely because of the plugin the used or perhaps the translation. I dont' have a clean game version to test with. So on the surface, even if someone does a really good translation it will probably look like no better then an MTL with text overflow because of the strange formatting it uses. I'm trying to find what they did so I can learn to counter it if I want to translate a game that uses a box like that in the future but it will make the game a pain to translate legit.still if you were working on translating it already then unless you just don't care you might as well finish. The MTL is barely readable so a proper translation is still welcome. THis DOES NOT replace it. In fact even just modifying the MTL to be a bit more readable would be better.
So if you want just take the part of the game you haven't translated yet, take the MTL and improve it using the part you already translated as context. Should be able to get done faster while keeping the translation quality moderately consistent.
I'm not saying you HAVE TO. It's just an idea and I would like to see even a semi proper translation.
