Off of what I remember:
there's the friendly gnoll on Taun (meet him a couple times and invite him in);
the fox on the scar after you complete the planet;
on the bounty planet complete all of them to recruit the npc;
on ovis there's a slave you can buy (if you keep refusing the offer the merchant will lower it);
there's a tigris girl on Metris 2 (have sex with her a bunch of times);
lunisian on silva (exhaust the sex options).
Body for the AI on the synth planet
Don't know about others, except maybe one on the weight gain planet.

I think you have to have the two android companions? the happy horse and the puppy pal, iirc
