Yeah got that bug aswell.
You can progress with the arc tho if you want, only the quest doesn't go away or change when you wait for her to call or when you progress with it.
Anyway you can find mia in the repair room and continue the arc there.

Poker nights at the laundromat with Naomi. The main story quests give you decent amounts of money too if you so choose.

Yeah, there is still bugs in the game. Last week's patch has been nothing but bug fixes and groundwork for act 3. And the problem with the blowjob scene on the beach returning you to the main menu is fixed.

Regarding your other question, of course there is a quest log.

Hey guys,

v2.3 is a quality-of-life and stability, focused update, aimed at cleaning up edge cases, fixing bugs, and laying important groundwork for upcoming content, especially around the Spirit Circle.

This patch is primarily about improving the overall experience, particularly in Act I. There's no major new story content yet, but things should feel smoother, clearer, and more robust across the board.

v2.4 will be live on Patreon for early access later tonight with new scenes, UI modifications, a skip option to jump into act II for returning players, more bug fixes and more content.

With the holidays around, things have been a bit hectic on my end, thank you for your patience and enjoy the game! ❤
