Played for some time. Somehow the title music only played on my right headphone, the sound effect played normally though so I'm not sure what's wrong. The SE when cilmbing the stairs on the two towers near the kitchen is too loud, it's way louder than any other SE (edit : I restart the game and it's on the same level with other SE, weird). Not sure if these problem are due to my hardware or something else. Also is it possible to increase the size of the font? Just a little bit for easier reading.

In general I turned the volume of the music down, because I know it can be annoying. I will check SE sound as well. I will also check the font. I wanted the font with gothic style. Maybe I will switch it to something more convenient. Right now I'm trying to compress png to reduce the size of the game. It will be an opportunity to fix those problems you mentioned. I will try to upload compressed version this week.
Hey, good start, nice little game. Just my 2 cents:
It's one of the games that would be better in Renpy than in RPGM. You are clearly trying to tell a story, all this walking around is rather pointless and too time consuming. The first quests were "Talk to X" and finding X took more time than the dialogue itself, so in the long run this is not a good ratio between content and boring stuff. If I were you I'd switch to Renpy.
Porn logic: There are already two scenes with porn logic, meaning an unlikely chain of events that lead to a presumably desired outcome
Porn logic is bad if you want to tell a good story. Take "The Deluca family" as an example of a well written story: none of the storylines have the goal to get to porn, the chain of events is believable (within the worlds set of rules), characters feel organic and real. Try to write a good story instead of creating just another boring game where nothing makes sense, because porn.
I'm not a fan of games where you can play multiple characters, usually because I have the feeling you are just trying to cater to everyones wishes and want to cash in on both sides of the female vs. male protagonist dichotomy. Usually the game suffers from this premise: you have to do double the work, the player is constantly shifting points of view and you end up with less enjoyable content and inconsistent narratives. For example I'm already bored by Phillip and would like nothing more than let Isabella cheat on him mercilessly. I certainly don't want to play him. Biased as I am, I think the game would be better if you stick to Isabellas point of view.
It has been quite a while since I last bothered with a RPGM game, but despite the various problems with that engine, it does fit the theme. And for RPGM, the maps also look pretty decent.
I do hope that the game will use the strengths of RPGM (combat system) later on as well, otherwise it is a bit of a bother to be honest.
Renders are ok. There are better nowadays but they do the job. Isabelle looks very nice though, as does Valeria. The other characters looks are kind of forgettable to be honest.
There is some Engrish here and there. It would be a good idea to go through the entire text again. Monastery (for men) and Convent (for women) are mixed up a few times, etc.
I like both Isabelle and Philip as characters. I like that, for a corruption game, the characters are strong, both physically and in will power.
I will try to keep them pure and would really hate it if the story forces something on them (e.g. rape).
Maybe Isabelle can enjoy some lesbian encounters without "losing her innocence too much" though...
Storywise, I'm a bit confused regarding the religion tag. It's clear that religion is something that motivates both MC's, but the religion itself is not that well explained. It may have been easier if it was clearly stated to be Catholicism (which it seems to be) and make a better explanation for the woman kingdom that you hear about when closing the game.
At the moment I'd rate it 3 stars. (five, minus one for RPGM without very good reason and minus one for not top notch renders and Engrish), but I won't post it yet because I think it's not completely fair on a first release.

There will be combat system. We are still in the prologue. According to my estimates, I will need 2 decent updates to 'move forward'.
I'm not native english speaker, that's why I fear I can miss some subtleties of English. And I already have noticed few mistakes (small errors in Isabella-Philip convo at Royal Baths or Isabella saying to Croll that she will marry Tristan instead of Philip. I will try to fix as much as I can.
You can keep both Philip and Isabella pure. Actually, I like to play virgin routes in corruption games. Every good corruption game should have this option.
Religion is strongly inspired by Catholicism, but it's still made up. I will try to clear some things when next religious scene will appear.
When it comes to characters design, I was trying to make them look grounded. I made Servant Gia look average on purpose, only to make Isabella look more beautiful and special in comparison. But your point is valid. Philip will be sent to a place with more high fantasy setting, which will give me more creative freedom.
And when it comes to renders - I think I made progress lol (maybe when I will upgrade PC I will be able to make them even better):
Careful Dark_Loveyou don't wanna fall into the Trap.
"Fragile innocence" ........ ironic title
Don't be fragile and innocent or they will eat you alive.
You are new, fresh meat, so I'll say:
Caring about the needs of users here? NO! Don't do that.
Catering to the feelings of users here? NO! Don't do that.
Someone has awesome advice, or hates the engine, or wants lesbians, or wants change to one single protagonist, and does not pay: That person can go fuck off.
You should only care what the Payday wants. Someone pays you - then that one is right.
Customer is King - that implies money changing hands. I repeat: money
Oh, and, especially ignore people who don't pay for the product and then have "feelings" and cry because you ain't giving them what they want.
Those should move to Texas -
"Lawn-stepping" (which is what they do) is a very rewarding activity there.
Yes I am aware they would get shot. That's kinda the point.

Don't worry. In the end I make a game I want. That doesn't mean I will not listen to criticism. There is always room for improvement. And I want to get better. And if people have new ideas for the story and character development I will gladly read about it. But it doesn't mean I will always put it into the game.
Wow, this looks like a really good game, well done m8. I only have 1 question, what are you plannin to have 2 different roads with Elisabeth and Philip, or it will stick only to 1

You will play as both. As it is now, the game will switch between characters automatically. When I will establish both characters I will add switch control for players. To put it simply, you will play one chapter as Isabella and one chapter as Philip. When one chapter will be done, I will start development of another. Switch control will be added, so you can finish side quests or repeat scenes for other character, which you didn't finish in time for whatever reason.

It's your game, so you do what you think is right. However, you are not the first who wants to tell a story like this, and some of these games stumbled into problems that should be avoided from the start. Also, telling a good story is usually not about kinks and sex scenes, but about the skill to write good characters and an interesting narrative.
