Do Talents affect anything? I think I'm still in prologue. I haven't spent any points yet, but I wanted to know in advance if it's just "fluff" or if they affect the game or choices in any way

You will have to play the dirty route to accept the proposal. YOu are on pure rout so that is disabled for you.

Not to my knowledge.
But then there only two options and I always picked NTR, so I didn't really see any use for this

I had the same issue. Contact DarkLord he fixed it for me. 2 files are missing in the game

The farming simulator is the worst part of the game.
