No, you can also make them wear a dildo (removes virginity) or a large dildo (stretches to "loose") in the slave's Appearance tab.

In manage personal affairs if you aren't an addict you can choose to stop and deal with the withdrawal, if you are you can no longer click the button as it will always have a tool tip of not wanting to or one more day, you'll have to visit your doctor and switch to consumer grade detox pills. This is also done from manage personal affairs screen.

As far as I know that was never fleshed out, you can increase it if you choose the public use punishment for the lazy technician but I don't recall any other events related to it.

Two things I've discovered recently that I felt I should share:
You can do selective abortions on embryos that are less than 5 weeks old from the Internal Scan, with no consequences to the slave.

A baby at 40 weeks of development will take up 15,524ccs of womb volume. This volume per baby remains basically the same no matter how many there are, so to determine the number of babies a slave can carry relatively safely, you have to divide the slave's estimated safe womb volume listed in Internal scan, divide that by 15,524, and round down the resulting number.
It seems that a pregnancy becomes high risk when the estimated womb volume goes above 50% of the listed safe womb volume.
(Note: I haven't yet been able to study a slave with polyhydramnios to compare; will update this once I have.)

Content controlled by that flag includes polyhydramnios, miscarriage due to low maternal age or high womb volume, premature birth (less than 30 weeks under ordinary gestation rules), womb-bursting (if extreme content and hyperpreg are both on), and fetus-scrambling from deliberate ravishing with a truly giant dick.

With complications off, pregnancies will always proceed normally with no danger to either fetus or mother, no matter how extreme the situation.

Quick look says no that penalty is just physical age of the body.

However a slave who has never given birth probably needs more work or some easing up to survive the more extreme preg content.

From what I've seen, XX slaves who have never given birth have a safe womb volume of 100,000cc, while XY slaves that were given ovaries have an initial safe womb volume of 40,000cc.

It was a garbage mix of vanilla FC data and pregmod data as edits were constantly being rejected or vandalized.

Need? Not really. I've played the vanilla game for a playthrough or two before I started playing the mod.
That said, the mod is definitely better, since it adds in a few features and fixes bugs.

There's the pregmod, which adds a lot of stuff and you don't have to add to the original game, but it's not allowed to be officially linked here due to some of the added content being TOS-breaking stuff.

I am in the camp that pregmod is mandatory, it is effectively the new base game and as far as i know saves no longer transfer over so it is a poor use of time to get deep into the vanilla game.
