Does this game run extremely slow for anyone else here? I know I have an ancient PC from 2012 but still it can run some high quality renpy games just fine. My specs are : Intel Core i7 2630QM 2.0 GHz, 8 GB RAM, AMD Radeon 6770M 2GB DDR5 GPU. Might be because my graphic card drivers are legacy now but would appreciate it if someone has a fix or workaround.

Getting the game to start is a pain in the neck. After it starts, it runs OK for a while and then it starts to lag. It's very laggy. Other than that it's a nice game, but I think the developer would have been better served to keep it going the way it was going. The old version worked perfectly.

After Choices I recommend doing an optimization of your game. Your image files are extremely heavy, 2mb for a 1080p jpg is too much, the images should be converted. For example, can you tell if there's any quality difference between these two?



Both have the same quality but one (your original file) is four times heavier.

Glad to hear it, I very much enjoyed this game before the reboot so I was a bit worried we'd see less content for the female protag side, since development time would've had to be divided between the two.

Go with the reboot. Let me put it this way - I play the lesbian path, and missed about 2/3 of the content, even though as advertised Sukkhon was the focus of the update. Don't get me wrong, I loved the update, but there was plenty of content I chose to skip since I'm not interested in the guys on the straight path.

Thanks. The wording used in the stats screen and even the way the choices are presented make it confusing. AC really needs a good proofreader. I like their storytelling and characters, for the most part, just really confusing Engrish at times.

I played Free Pass Reboot yesterday, here is my subjective (!!!) impression.
The game feels like Free Pass on speed. Where there used to be a slow build-up, with multiple condition paths that can't be quickly figured out, there are now a few relatively straight paths. Yoon can fuck or be fucked after a short chain of events. If you like that, you're in good hands with this new version of the game. Because Daniel is now portrayed even more as a creep, the inhibition threshold for Yoon and thus the player to use the Free Pass as an explanation to make the MC a total bitch has become smaller. I notice this in myself. I usually develop some sort of protective instinct for the female characters I lead in these games. With Yoon, I almost don't care now if she ends up being a prostitute.
I also find it strange that Andrew is first portrayed as an understanding, supportive character "women like you are rare and special like gold" and "not many children have the chance to grow up with a mother like you". Only to then on a slightly different route "feed" his mother to other guys without their consent / grossly sexually abused.
After Choices once wrote that he canceled the old Free Pass version because it was no longer told as he wanted it but as others wanted it. If that's the case, then I don't think the new version is any better narratively. But is more oriented to the mainstream. But since this is a porn game and After Choices has to make money, he's doing it just right.
I play some games for the story, some games for the porn, and rarely games for both. This game I like to play because of the pornography.
