Which characters have an incestuous relationship in the game? Is it between the MC and someone else, or is it between side characters? I found a version of the game in my native language, but due to legal reasons, it doesn't include the incest patch. If I know which characters are involved, I could play the game as if it had the patch.

nah. no need. it will mess up the lore. according to it step-son is given birth from sister of a busynes partner.
but i myself will more like if both children was her own. but... BUT!!! you never have all of what you want.

I've been playing for about an hour now, I'm confused as to how such good renders, amazing character model and smooth animations are countered by a storyline that's all over the place. There's really no progression, it goes back and forth between "bases" without a line to conduct it. Am I being too critical? Am I too used to "progressive" VNs where the sexual content increases in a progressive manner?
