I may have accidentally skipped the part where it's explained but... what's with the constant 'family friend'? Like 'Hello, Family friend, how are you'? I mean, who talks like this? Is there supposed to be an incest patch?

madrid3423, you're not wrong. It was implemented as multiple protag, including a male protag. But the backlash was so huge that it went back to Yoon as the protagonist.
Is there anyone in the current version wanting to have sex with their parents and siblings or women with giant penises? I haven't played the straight content, so there might be something there I'm not aware of.

The compressed version says family friend all the time.
I'm download the full version now to check it.
EDIT:
I can confirm the full version from the OP works as intended. It's the compressed version that keeps the "family friend" stuff.

I downloaded the compressed version, it says 1.15 reboot.
Why would there be backlash to something you can just... not pick?

The compressed version is not patched. The public one (Uncompressed) is patched

Why is the version > 1.0 ? The game is not completed and it's also very linear and i see no development or focus in the story.

The game originally started out exclusively with a female protagonist. You made decisions with other characters from time to time, but you always controlled female characters.
The game caught the attention of players who liked to play with a female protagonist and stayed that way for a long time before the reboot. You had straight and lesbian routes. For all types of audience.
When a male MC was implemented in a game that had always been with a female MC, it was to be expected that there would be a lot of mixed opinions. Adding the possibility of playing with a male MC only "takes away" content from the female protagonist. Being able to create more content with your original protagonist, now you split it up and take screen time away from the original protagonist, who was female.
This game was born with exclusively female protagonist and I think the right decision is to keep it that way.
