Well actually it is avoidable but the other two alternatives weren't desirable to you. Still is avoidable though?That is not an unreasonable assumption...however, my critique stems from things that the developer clearly advertised as optional, avoidable, etc. I take the dev at his word. He apparently is attempting to have appeal beyond a single niche. Thus, I assume that any issues result from the limited general resources, editors and development cycles of independent creators.
There really isn't anything to discuss beyond that. "Game was advertised as X. Game does not quite hit target but is still in development. Player of uncompleted work points out some things that should be adjusted in future updates so that game can become the product that was advertised."
I'm not saying yo're not wrong but it is avoidable right?
