If you bother to read previous pages, there is like milion times explained why
0.5.1 is complete update 5, while 0.5.7 was 70%

It's 0.5.100, not 0.5.1. The third number represents (approximate) completion percentage.

You can't treat version number dots like decimal points, it's not math.

Because when it was first uploaded it was numbered as 0.5.0.1 instead of 0.5.100, it's the correct version though.

I'm playing the Steam version but apparently they said it only has a few different positions during a couple of scenes and a couple of fixes or something. No major content difference.

Pong beer event, Julia event, morning event and ball event. The devs didn't do all those scenes in two weeks, they already had new content created.
