Bro what you talking about it's got 4k animations!! I mean I can't play it but the ten people on steam can so that's ok5 months and less than 400 renders...but hey, 60fps animations

Can someone please explain me necessity of the 4K renders in VN for cost of, i don’t know, maybe 4 months of extra development? I have a great system with 3090 and stuff but most of the times i don’t play 4K because hear me out, it is not worth it.
Also i don’t think the voice acting has too much effect on the development process since developers send script to the actors/actresses before the rendering so both should be finished around the same time, and then you simply have to add the voice files to the game which shouldn’t take more than a week.
Can someone remind the dev that they are not working on GTA 6. I mean some may say “ hey , you are critizing dev for adding more stuff to the game! “ but listen. I don’t ( and nor should you ) care about what is added to the game when there is nothing to be played. 6 months of development and what we get is ‘ season 2 episode 2 part 1 beta’, am i the only one who finds this pathetic?

No one needs 4k animations, or the 8k models they use now, not to mention 60 FPS animations for a renpy VN (which will increase the workload by a lot), as you said this ain't GTA 6.
Voice acting is mostly garbage imo, for pretty much every game which has it i mute it. Either bad voice acting or i simply don't like the voices for a certain character...for most games that is more about wasted money thought, which clearly doesn't seem to be a problem for these clowns.
Then beside this pathetic update they just announced, they are planning, what was it, 3 other games to work on simultaneously and also making their own store (for whatever reason)...or all these idiotic votes they had before, which made it look pretty much like that they have no serious planning for where their story should go...i just can't take these clowns seriously at this point.
