This game needs some walkthru it is not clear at all even passing the bug and till now i still hsve not understand how to unblock the sissification part I reached only straight things with lot of girls it seems more an harem than a sissification game...
One of your housemates will dress you in progressively more feminine clothes if you offer to help her out or something. Haven't played in a long time though. There's no M/M content as far as I remember.
This game is very early in development and appears abandoned, so don't expect much.

When outside your home you should get a new option to go to the indicated place (link after school option). Later that place identifies as "Take a bus to the Redlight disctrict". Going there you talk to a girl in a shop. But the parcel is too big and heavy for you to carry. The girl offers to help you but it will cost you 200 bucks. You can leave the package behind or help the girl in the shop.
This should let you progress with the game.
Hm. Struggling to find the gender bending elements here. I'd rather it didn't require pissing off the mothers and just being able to explore the world and self feminize, but even with items femininity growing, stat wise, the game doesn't seem to reflect it. The thoughts bit even remarks on how the MC is considering bigger breasts, despite not actually having 'em. (Wearing a bra in secret.)

You need to raise relationship with the girls and if you reach a certain value you will get new options to talk about. These are marked with a little 'sign'.
You can meet Mia after you get the quest from Kristine to pick up a package for her. After starting that quest you will have a new option outside your home called "Go to the place Kristine told you" (or something like that). There yoou will have the option to "Enter the Enchanting Paradice". Inside the shop you can talk to Mia.

I can "Ask Kristine about the package." when i talk to her, but there is no new option after that.
Nowhere to go outside that I haven't been, and no new dialogue with Kristine.
On the Mom's quests, if you check the thoughts in your room, it says:
Now that I have the book Maria told me to get, I need to return it to Maria. Perhaps I could take a look inside at first. She did seem suspiciois when asking what sort of recipes was in it.

I have the Tape that Hayley was asking for, I just need to return it to her. I wonder what sort of 'vacation tape' it is? Maybe I could check it out before returning it to her, but it's too risky to do it in home TV so I need to borrow someone elses.
But I have not found any way to do either action. Has anyone found a way?

Big problem with the game, it seems like the skip button for the first week of gameplay breaks quest interactions.
So if you play this game, don't use the skip or you will not be able to progress.

Good point! I never checked the thought as I returned the items immediately.
But I'm not sure if that mechanic is in the game (yet) as you also get some thoughts about getting bigger boobs but the isn't any way yet to increase the size. As there is a variable for boob size I think there will be an option later in the game. As there also is a submissive variable I think that one of the girls will make you have a HRT or she will send you to a cirurgic clinic to get breast implants.
In my next playthrough I will stick to the quest items and see if there will be an option to check them before returning them.
Edit: It seems there is no way to interact with the video tape or the cooking book. You can't advance with your mothers if you don't return the quest items. Maybe there was something planned for those quest items but the dev never bothered to flesh out that part of the story.

The Problem of getting blocked if you dont skip a week seems to have been fixed. I haven't had an Issue
