nothing wrong with that at least he is telling us a estimated time it's better than not knowing a rough timeframe

I tend to end chapters on cliffhangers, though. :’D Nicki returning, Brent texting MC, MC and Ashe leaving for their date, MC arriving at Nicki’s empty apartment.. Some of them are more dramatic than others, but I like to give people a good reason to come back.Fuck cliffhangers. This isn't the 60's and 70's TV series era anymore.
FiN’s two year anniversary is in five days, and in that time I’ve put out eight chapters, a mini-game, weekly status updates, supplemental prose stories, a bunch of pin-ups, and just recently a partial build of the next chapter.
I get it, it sucks. Most of my favorite games have gaps of 8-9 months between updates. But, I do put out updates in pretty reliable 3-4 month intervals. I’d love to shorten that window, but there’s really no way to do it without taking a few months off and just building a big backlog of scripts.

I never got one actually. Unless it was a slight one with Gabby. When she was upset at us for not tellin her about her dad. Don't remember one with Mason. I tend to not care about the other LIs so, I probably didn't notice or didn't care.

Did you guys notice on Sapphire's cam show she didn't have two very important things listed.
She should add virtual cuddles and talking about our feelings to her list.
She could also place her hand on the screen and I'll do the same that's like virtual handholding.

I love that really dreamy atmospheric stuff man. It's sad to hear it takes longerYeahhhh, the thing about FiN is that I don't often get to do a lot of 'artsy' stuff. Like, it's a game that mostly takes place in well-lit urban areas. Images like these dream renders, with heavy shadows, close-ups, complex lighting setups, and depth of field/camera focus all look really cool! But, they all require adding to the setup and render time. When I'm doing a sex scene with 50+ renders, I can't really justify making it super dark, and adding 10-15 minutes to each render.
Plus, I try to go for clarity of storytelling above all. Which means doing a lot of shots where the camera is pulled back a bit, so you can see what's happening.
But, every now and then I'll look for the opportunity to do something ~*faaaaancy*~ or just different/weird. Which is why you get stuff like the Orc Exchange scenes, or Brittani's photoshoot photos. That's just me taking a break from the grind, to indulge myself a bit.
I loved that in Dual Family before the dev turned his game into an acid trip outlet or a big fat troll, still not sure which. If a dev goes the teasing route, which especially works for incest imo, the artistic flare & naughty imaginary dialogue is a nice juxtaposition to a more grounded story that builds and builds. Look forward to more of that if/when you decide the time is right

You know, doing Sapphire’s brief cam show menu made me think it’d be fun to do a camgirl mini-game. Maybe I’ll make that into a mini bonus update. >_>
is there a patch for 0.58? I have the vanilla version from patreon but would prefer the friends in need version to play.

I doubt it will as that isn't the full version just a demo / preview version for his subs to enjoy. I think it's only like 1/2 of the update maybe less

I think when I restart the game I'm going to bang everybody every chance I get until one of the LI I really like demands a commitment.
I'm pretty sure it's Nicki or Mason I want to settle down with but then there is also Risa & Pepper.
It's so hard to pick in this game and that's something I love about it.

I think Ashe is going to be the one to want a commitment first to be honest , she already seems jealous of Nicki so I can see her asking us for a commitment first just so she doesn't lose out to Nicki. tho I think it really depends on when we get content with what girls tbh since not every girl gets content in every update.
Yeah Besides Nicki and Ashe Risa & Pepper are my backups tho I lean more towards Risa I need to learn more about Pepper

yeah even tho my Main favorites are Nicki , Ashe and Risa right now. Not only can things change but when a game is good as this it's hard to pick a favorite when all the characters are good / well written. Hell even the characters I have no interest in romantically I like alot. ( Gabby and Mason)every time i think i have a favorite LI, i realize i actually dont when a scene comes along
