It does look like a diferent model indeed. Either that or Neon made a lot of custom alterations to the base model from chapter 2 onward.You know, I didn't pay too much attention to it and at first I figured it was just typical poor dude's buzz cut vs rich guy actually taking the time to get a good clipping, but the face does look different, especially the noseWonder if Neon altered the model or just decided on a different one entirely?

Maybe it's kind of silly, but to help avoid it, I try to think of it as a form of self-harm because I always regret doing it and feel more empty afterwards, not less. And it doesn't just affect myself, but it's also an avenue to failing those in my life who count on me. So, here's to keeping our resolutions! 
Have you tried rolling back 1 or 2 screens in your save, if it lets you? Maybe a proper chapter transition script will still get popped if you do that? Otherwise, go to an earlier save and see if it works. I personally try to save a screen before the "save here" screens in most VNs, just to be on the safe side. It's possible the author misplaced the script maybe. What was the last version you played?
The last version I played was v0.70, and I did try loading an older save. The same thing happened. I ended up at the "end".
Oh, well that settles it then! v0.70 is the latest update; v0.71 is simply a bug fix update for v0.70

I think you mean Brittani mate (Madison's the owner of Barron Books and she's Gabriella's stepmom). At least in regards to the calendar photoshoot, and if the protagonist also chooses to help her with the movie based on her acting skills. And there's an option if Carolina's being pursued romantically where either Viola or Brittani can be recommended to babysit Maya in the future (I think if you're in the good route).
