He's reworking one chapter because there were issues with it, and because of discussions with fans. He's also adding more backstory for things he wants to do going forward. It's supposed to be done, along with a teaser for the next chapter sometime in March (I think?). He's on here almost every day talking about it and keeping everyone updated and after that then he's onto Chapter 11. He also took December off - and told everyone he was doing it. People just need to chill, especially if they haven't been paying attention to the announcments.

Plus, when he does put it on steam, first impressions are important so it makes sense to touch up stuff that looks dated now like the first chapter.

for fucken sake it's only 1 chapter and some code changes it's not even a full rework. It's not like he is pulling an Ocean and besides in this case it actually makes sense since he is adding onto it not just upgrading the visuals. Be a different story if he was re doing most of the game or something.
God I wish I found this game sooner. I don't know why but I'm having too much fun being a complete asshole and picking all the rude options.

Dev isn't going to sabotage your game or anything. If the 1st scene doesn't feel right, you can opt out of it and hop onto his romance route later. I believe the plan is that there will be more than 1 way to get onto a LI's romance route, i.e. getting on early albeit a bit rushed or creepy, staying on their friend route for a bit and develop in a more traditional way, and lastly you can slide in via the corruption route under the right circumstances (being nice, I'd guess). Not sure if all the LIs will get this exact treatment, but at least a few will work this way.

Probably will take a while to build up. You're a rich guy take in a poor person and giving them a place to live, the financial difference alone is going to take a while to resolve. I doubt that it will end poorly though

If this game goes the remake path i will be so dissappointed in human beings . life and existence, that i will not give a fuck about anything more, for real, this is the only game i am waiting eagerly to new updates, if this shit goes that path i may become crazy

I download it blind without reading the changelog, what a fucking mistake, a mini-game? really? I didn't even care to play it hyped by the CH11, which is not there.
