Serialized literature has existed since the 17th Century and allowed authors great flexibility to experiment with structure and narrative. Some of them made revisions as needed or major changes as desired. This medium is unique in a lot of ways, no iron laws in this universe.
But it is understandably frustrating to love something and then feel frustrated that the wait time for more is being made longer to redo something you already thought was more than great. Easily one of the most relatable parts of this site, and it happens to all of us. But that's life, and there is no excuse to be rude. Most developers are pretty chill about gripes, but it's the developers' passion projects, and whatever keeps them doing *something* is better than nothing. Plus, stuff people are planning to sell is much different than more hobbyish projects, and it's unfair to hate on someone steadily grinding away on their project, trying to get the bag.
This shit is great though and I look forward to each release. The patch is an empty file for me as well.
