I was just counting first-place votes, and it's really suspicious that Risa only got 3, Mason also 3, Cassie 2, Pepper 1, Viola 1, Jun 1, and Carolina 1. I'd guess maybe around 25 votes were genuine, the rest (majority going to Brittani and Gabby) were probably fake.
that's another reason I don't trust polls either when it comes to best girl. There are people that vote based purely on looks cause that's all that matter to them. Then there are others that base on it on off who they like base off the characters etc etc. So to me best girls can never be unbiased and are only ever gonna be subjective , so can only take them with a grain of salt
Neon said that he made Brittani as the sort of stereotypical AVN Li (18 year old blonde with big tits), so I guess it's not surprising that she's super popular on F95.
oh yeah I mean it's not a surprise to me either. I just don't find polls about best girls to ever be accurate and unbiased because of how people vote for entirely different reasons when it comes to best "girl". For example I would rank Brittani higher if I took looks into account on how much I like a character but I don't. So one person could value looks while I do not. Also ive seen some games where the community best girl is literally the character with zero content. It's just impossible to be fair and accurate when it comes to this topic

Basing it on looks is fine, if that's what appeals to you. It's not like there is anything objective about who is your favorite - it's an entirely subjective vote.
I mean true it's just how I Interpret the word best in the context of a LI . to me best usually will mean their character and not their looks but I know that will never be the case in a poll about an AVN. Which is why I say I don't think they really can be accurate since "best LI" means something different to someone else.
It's kinda the value of a ranked choice vote, though. It lets you know a bit more depth of the voter's opinions. Sure, in the end, Brittani won, but she was designed to appeal to a pretty broad group of people. I found second and third place more interesting than the first place answers.

I think it's more of a "The Fans vs the casuals" thing. Hardly the first time we've seen people complain about things like this.The difference is that here you can rig the polls
There is an easy fix if Neon makes a poll on Patreon/Substar. That can give us a real estimate of who is players favorite and who is not.
Absolutely. But I think Neon is also trying to include some casuals in order to bring them into the fold. Like I'm certain an open poll like that is basically advertisement. All that said, I rate Gabby extremely highly.
