Don't forget that Mason has a brain injury, from what I gathered.Yeah, the story is very interesting in that for pretty much anyone, you can justify being nice or being a dick depending on how you interpret the other character's actions.
Nikki - Can be seen as a gold digger friend or just a genuine friend caught in a bad spot.
Gabby - Can be seen as a total bitch for no reason or a young woman going through a hard time who pushes people away
Brittani - An opportunistic mean girl who will do anything to get ahead or a naive young woman caught in an industry that chews people up and spits them out.
Ashe - Someone who will use her connections and sexuality to get what she wants or someone who is manipulated thanks to her trusting nature.
Mason - A lazy person who waits around for hand outs or someone who just needs a chance to make something of themselves.
Viola - A perfect and sweet angel who has never done anything wrong and if you're mean to her, you're a monster.
Didn't forget, but also subject to Guy's own interpretation of who Mason is. Is Mason a lazy lout who gives up because of their disability or is Mason someone who just needs a little bit of help to get back on their feet.

Recomend using Subscribestar. Unless you are trying to donate via paypal they are not suferring any issues as patreon has been in the last few weeks. Plus if your currency is not dolar they likely offer a better convertion rate, at least they did for me.
Mason literally has a speech impairement because of brain injury. If we are going to be fair there is not really any room for interpretation there.
No interpretation on whether or not the injury exists. Interpretation on what Mason is doing to either overcome it or use it as an excuse.

Patreon moved their billing services from the States to Dublin, Ireland without telling anyone, and it caused a ton of people to have billing issues. :< Sorry about that!

Also, I’m currently in Bangkok, and I saw a rat the size of a chihuahua while strolling down an alley last night. His name is Thomas and now we are brothers.

Pretty much. Now some credit card companies are flagging the money transfer as fraud because of that and blocking it from happening.

And you're somewhat missing my point. It's not about whether or not Mason overcomes it. It's about what Mason does in response to his circumstances. In response to the brain damage, Mason has a choice to use it as an excuse to just give up and rely on others to take care of him, or can make the most of the opportunity Guy (or someone else) can give him to become the best person he can be in spite of the disability.But that doesn't change what i have been saying. You can't just overcome brain damage with willpower.
The old adage. You can't always control what happens to you but you can control how you respond to it. Mason is obviously not damaged to the point he is incapable of taking care of himself.
