EDIT: For anyone reading this, the Nicki patch was just a little joke I put out to play with the fans here. Be aware that installing it will revert your game back to version .375, so if you really want to see it, install it in a back-up copy of the game.

Well, gang.. Here it is. People have asked for it. Screamed for it. I've gotten private messages raking me over the coals, people pledging to never play the game again, and a smattering of poor reviews. I know when to admit I'm wrong.

So, here is.. . If you install this patch into your main FiN folder and allow it to merge with the existing "game" folder, it will overwrite existing script script files, and add new images to support a new path. With this path, you can choose to excise Nicki entirely from the story.

Just start from the beginning and, when you get to the choice to help her or not, choose "Tell her to fuck off."

Is there any other link as Mega.nz is taking me inside my mega.nz folder and not on the link from where this can be downloaded?

To be fair, incest is part of the taboo patch. It comes with the dark options (eg. rape, drugs, etc.) unless the dev changed the code for Cassie and roleplay options for Ashe and Brittani.

Friends Indeed = Patreon version with anything even remotely dark completely removed from the code.
Friends In Need = Subcribestar version, with all of the dark code intact, but the darkest material disabled. If you want the darkest of the dark, you need to add the dark patch or edit the existing patch.

IIRC he said that there was nothing new coming with Viola on the dark path (I mean if you raped her, she vanished so nothing really surprising) - there hasn’t been anything lewd on her good path yet.

It was a good game in the past but then it veered into multiple paths and there just isn't enough content anymore to justify following it on the path I am playing. I stop following the thread and hadn't downloaded an update for over a year after seeing it in the latest updates I got two minutes worth of content.

It isn't even really criticism at the the rate the game is going it won't be finished. At this point he should consider finishing it as a kintetic novel then add in optional paths later at least then there would be content in the updates. It sort of reminds me of another game The Way the dev was a solid dude but he'd release like 100-124 render updates of 1-2 minutes for a game that had four paths instead of having a 10 minute or so kinetic update. It just made it impossible to follow or care about any updates.

I do not analyze and fine-tune my output for maximum return on investment of my time/effort. Sometimes, I miscalculate how long something will take. Sometimes, I get writer's block. Sometimes (like recently) I fuck up some renders and have to redo them. I don't have a studio, an assistant, or anything else. It's literally just me, writing, rendering, coding, doing blog posts, doing art, managing my social media, tracking expenses, filing taxes, etc. while still working a 60+ hour a week full-time job, and trying to have an actual life.

It's sad that you have to explain things like this. I think that any adult adequate person understands this without explanations, that an indie developer working on a project in their free time from their main job cannot produce as much content as a game studio with a bunch of hired workers and millions of investments. Although, sometimes looking at the results you can confuse where the studio worked and where the talented indie developer.

It seems obvious that because the project depends entirely on one person, and that person is a human being, so any circumstances in that person's life will immediately and directly affect the project. Probably, only those who have never done anything on their own, or a teenager in their parents' basement, may not understand this. But the latter are supposed to be age restricted from registering on this site.

Well, and don't forget that most of those who like the game usually don't really comment much or participate in arguments here, they just react with likes to the dev logs and enjoy the updates and teasers. Like me, for example.

I really like that you provide a true early access to the game. Most developers are afraid to show an extra preview render so as not to spoil anything. But I fear they overestimate the significance and impact of their "unexpected twists and turns."

Those who don't want spoilers can wait for the release of the full version, while those who don't care about that are enjoy new content as soon as its ready. I've hardly seen anything like this from other developers, except perhaps those who initially decided to release the game in small updates of 100-200 renders long.

What many users don't see is the backend side of the game and the plethora of branches (as you mentioned). While some variables maybe add a bit more work - such as Mason's gender - you've also learned from past mistakes and implemented those lessons learned.

This seems to be a trend amongst devs lately in which they go back to rework early scenes with the new skills they learned from later development. This effort only matters in two cases:

1. You're genuinely unhappy with the quality and want to homogenize it
2. You truly believe it's deterring potential new members from joining your Patreon/Subscribestar

Personally, I think the writing in chapter 1 is fine considering how much content is already out there, but you should do work on what motivates you the most.

I'd consider these types of comments as trolling. You decided on telling a story with an expansive cast of characters, each one having some role to play. Each chapter should focus on only a couple at a time so that none feel left out. Or, if you lose motivation/inspiration for a character, then don't hesitate to phase them out from the cast in a similar manner as with Nicki (except without the option to keep them around).

Whenever a porn game has a character like Isabella, someone who is legitimately just a nasty person and hurts the people around her, my inner sadist kicks in. Basically I wouldn't be happy with any scene involving Isabella that wasn't rough, mean, and humiliating for her.

On the good path that could be something like, after you secure a high-paying acting gig for Brittani, she cuts her mother out of her life. Isabella comes to you asking for support, either monetary or to win Brittani back. She expects to pay you with sex, because she really believes malexfemale relationships can only ever be transactional, a zero-sum game. You can either rebuff her, which she'd take poorly, or you can fuck her. She'd be down for anything (she's been in this position before) but there would be a lot of eye-rolling and she'd be bored for most of it... unless you made her pay attention with rough stuff. This kind of steps on the story beats that Risa has but I'm just spitballing.

On the evil path I'm thinking of a scene where Brittani is doing a modelling shoot for you, and Isabella is there making a shit-ton of demands, and being annoying. Of course she's aware that you're an asshole, but she feels a bit too comfortable thinking that, as a fellow asshole, you have a kinship. She believes there's a hierarchy where she's only slightly below you, since she controls her daughter's labor, which you want. Eventually she pushes too hard and ruins the shoot, and you take out your anger on her violently and in front of her daughter. I mean completely overpower her, really destroy both Isabella's bad bitch self-image and any belief Brittani has that her mom deserves respect. In fact, put Isabella and Brittani, mother and daughter on the same level: whore who's there to please you.

I also want to do this with that brunette girl that hangs out with Jamie. God she sucks.

Tbh, I don't feel any hatred towards Isabella, but I would like to financially dominate her and keep her on a leash in the game i.e. making her accept her fate which is gold-digging to survive. Have her do tasks to get money out of Guy, instead of her getting free swipes everywhere and living off his $.
