You seem to have mixed up FtM and MtF, as you already have an FtM love interest in the game with Mason.

I think, but it's a personal taste, that it would be interesting to jump back episode into Nicki's story with the rich pervert.
Depending on the player's choices, Nicki did or did not do certain "things":

I cant speak for the dev but I think it is it seemed to me that he was remembering that bracelet from his dream as that frame happens right before he ask Ashe about it unless there is another I didn't catch.

there is if you used the patch, patch gives you the option for the MC to play this game on a much darker way. I'm personally gonna uninstall the patch just was curious so skipped dialogue just to see as I was curious

you can just not use dark options
patch unlock some other things too beside dark path, like incest play with Ashe or custom ages for some girls

who knows what else will be locked behind it, i mean - incest play with Ash is on good path, there could be more scene/variations with different characters in future

I will say tho I ironically discovered this game at the right time as it looked like I discovered just slighty after an update and this is easily probably on my top 5 all the characters are pretty much likeable and have a decent backstory which is probally the most important aspect for me.
im replaying and in the scene when guy is calling madison his smile is legit psycho lmao. maybe the dark path is the cannon after all
