Mason tolerates being referred to as a girl while in the bedroom (and the power imbalance has impact on what he'll put up with) but definitely doesn't enjoy it, especially if done in public.
Yes it does, but, if I remember correctly, it doesn't work with an existing saved game, that you must start a new game.

Don't you mean exacerbate? The dark patch isn't about being nice and making people happy, but the opposite. So, if anything this happening against Mason's will would be part of the point.

That's obvious, but he/she has has a big crush on the MC, despite being "gay". In the Manson male route, she acts all crazy in love when is near to him and suggests being female to him when buying clothes for "him", of course, if the MC follows a "sweet" route. What I mean, is the MC is transforming Manson instead of forcing him, maybe in the rough path this is the case, but I didn't do it.

Maybe Ashe is also part of triplets, so while MC is drifting in and out, she swaps places
Yeah, but that's not because Mason likes or wants to be presented as a girl in public, but to protect Guy's public image if he so whishes. Mason is far more happy if you tell him in that instance that you don't care about how the other people will see the two of you with Mason as a guy.

That's obvious, guy can even give a push to start a relationship between Manson and Viola (which may blossom in future updates.) I'm just trying to explore different routes, trying to see something slightly positive about it.

That is not what is happening there. He is simply trying to protect Guy from being ostracized for being in public with a transboy. The "her" things is the actual facade not the other way around.
Because of power imbalance Mason can endure if you decide that Guy should act like a bigot. However Guy will not be changing Mason's identity because that is something he decided himself and no amount of corruption, bigotry and rape from the "dark/evil route" will change that.
