I think this game does a good job of finding that happy medium between realistic plausability, fictional flair, and player service, avoiding going too far in either direction. It's a nice and neat little isosceles triangle.

And then another group of people gets really excited about the fact that it's going to be a cornucopia of blowjobs and starts setting unrealistic expectations for themselves of exactly how much mouth fucking there's going to be in the next update. And another group starts bringing up other oral heavy games and saying "We cannot afford a blowjob gap!"
None of that is unique to this forum, though. People getting weird about something a developer says is kind of how it works everywhere. And people like to guess about future plans so they can point back at it later and talk about how right they were.

So what I'm hearing from everyone's comments is people want an Epstein Island ending, a dropped the soap in prison ending, and an Ottoman Sultan Harem ending?
Patch does not seem to be working for me for some reason. Any way to solve this?

People can't like the game and have nice conversations with the developer? You wanna hate on something go over to the WVM thread, plenty of legimate hatred over there. Neon out here just makin a good game.
You might need to start a new game for the patch to take, but as long as the small heart on the game's launch screen is grey, it means you have it working.

You either haven't got the right version of the game (you need the Subscribestar version, Friends in Need, not the Patreon version, Friends Indeed), haven't installed the patch, or didn't rape either Nicki in the chapter 1, or Beatrice (the Brazilian woman on the boat) in chapter 2. If you haven't taken one of those two opportunities, you will lose the darkest options for the rest of the game. If you have the right version and the patch is installed correctly, you will have a gray heart in the upper left of the title screen. A freshly installed patch will require a restart of the game.
