Not really remaster, more like tweaked; coding and maybe few new renders? I don't know if there will be any new scene additions, but if so, it will probably be small. Should be done in 1-2 months max.

No. He remade chapter 1, then added a bit between 1-2. Other than that he just fixed some bits of dialogue and added a new render here or there so everything fit with the changes to chapter 1.

Chapters 1-10 is available to the public on the first page of the Subscribestar. Chapter 11 is still behind the paywall, and unfinished.

As he has said in his public updates, and has been reiterated here at least 20-30 times, Chapter 1 was remade, Chapter 2 expanded, and the rest is having the code rationalized and simplified. Chapters 8-10 is planned to be finished by the end of the month (for high tier supporters - publicly maybe 2 weeks later).
Yes, well, that's the plan....but it is a running joke (in all good humor - we're an understanding lot) on the Discord, the discrepancy between Neon's plans and delivery. SOMETHING absolutely will come out by the end of the month. He is very good about releasing something playable every month. Maybe it will be all three remaining chapters, maybe not. But he is also working on finishing up the first part of Chapter 11, which, you know, we also want to see.

Jun is there as a old flame (in the good route), just to show what Guy was doing during the 8 months between chapter 1 and 2. Neon did say she will appear a bit more later but i don't expect to see her as a love interested.

I like Jun too, maybe Neon will re-create her for another game but if every woman in this game is treated as a serious Li, this game is going to go on forever and we'll only get new content for each of them every year or two. There are limits to what a solo-dev can do, especially if he's still working a day job.

Well, Gabby is supposed to be one of the focuses for Chapter 11, so by the end of the year we should have some very solid content with her. And, of course, we already have the great scene from Chapter 10, even if we have to wait a bit to see it again.
