I'm glad people can appreciate why I wanted to elongate Ashe and Gabby's timeline with Guy.

As for the breakup path, that does continue to have repercussions, but they're pretty soft ones. It's mainly just about Ashe's reaction to you, in following chapters.

All the love interests have a [name]pos and [name]neg value, indicating a broadly positive or negative relationship. These shouldn't be examined too closely, as they work in conjunction with other variables.

For instance, you can have:

• $ ashrel = 2
• $ ashneg = True
• $ ashpos = False
• $ ashlust = True

This indicates you're on Ashe's corruption path (ashrel), she feels mostly negative toward you (ashneg/ashpos) and she wants to fuck you (ashlust). This just allows me to write dialogue more easily. As an example, I could have something like this, using the similar renders, but with a pretty different vibe.

I don't think they're tall per se, but most devs use models positioned to stand on their tiptoes, for all the stripper heels they make them wear. Even when the girls are barefoot. So that adds a few inches to their heights pretty much permanently.

At least in regards to VNs using DAZ for the images it is usually caused by the model being used. DAZ female models are notorious for being too tall, Victoria 8 was 6' (183 cm). There is nothing wrong selling a larger model because it is better to scale down than to scale up. But since AVN developers are mostly just amateurs they don't bother changing sizes if it isn't breast.

Has this game been completely redone or just part of it? None of my saves worked on the last 2 updates and I finally decided to start over in fast forward mode but I noticed a bunch of different content and started replaying it. Do I need to re-read the whole thing or not? Kind of annoying but it's one of my favorites so I guess I can do it if I have to.

I'm still planning on it. But Valve's policy changes meant I'd have to cut more material than I had planned to, and that's on top of removing characters like Gabby and Viola's ero scenes, just to make sure it's approved. It doesn't matter that I can point to porn stars and OnlyFans gals with body types just like those characters -- if one of Valve's content moderators shoots it down, the game's banned for life. So I have to make it bulletproof, and that takes time.

But the question becomes: what's left after I cut that much material? There's still a lot of Nicki, Brittani, Ashe, Risa, etc. and there will be patches that can restore lost material. But, I need to give it some careful consideration before I submit a build for approval.

Personally guns are just way too easy of a problem solver. They'd just diminish any type of tension because if the Mc has one why not use it to solve all your problems. The only counters would be either in a setting where they are outright outlawed so you'd have to balance the danger from being busted with the ability to defend yourself or having the opponent being someone whom if you threaten them with one is a VERY bad idea.

The mc here is rich enough that hiring personal security would be the smartest idea.

Why not use it to solve all your problems? Like what? You know people own guns in the real world right? Its for self defense, anyone who leaves their protection completely in the hands of others is a fool. Its honestly less realistic if there's no guns, this game takes place in America.

Because as a said introducing a gun will diminish some of the possible tension that can take place in the story. There needs to be some type of drawback in order to maintain the tension for the story. The body guard aspect has a number of possible downsides to counter the positives and also maintain said tension in the story. Besides it isn't unrealistic for the mc to not have a gun since it's also consistent with celebrities/ rich folk not having to handle their own security. And not everyone in America is into guns.

A Gallery is one of those QOL things which makes the last release 0.95b, and not 1.0. It's in the works, but the story was more important.

Fucking Brittani is probably going to be in the second Chapter of Season 2. Figure 4-6 months.

It works. Is the heart in the upper left of the title screen grey? If not, you don't have the patch in the right place. Make sure you have a file named patch.rpy in the game folder.

All of the first chapter was remade, and there is a big addition to the beginning of Chapter 2. There are a bunch of little changes after that. The entire code of the game was rewritten to make more sense, which is why your old saves won't work.

It never had a gallery - that was a third party mod. It is planned, but not yet implemented.

When you say they're not the "escalation they..." do you mean that Guy should expect an elevation baseline threat of violence from here on out? Or something else? Because flashing a gun seems to always be a drastic escalation of violence. Especially when you factor in the 2nd rule of firearm safety ("Never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy")
