No, but there are references to events within the first game (unsure whether they will be confusing or not).
Is this one actually a Harem? Playing the 1st, which is listed as a Harem, seems to be just a world in which there's not many males, it's not really Harem, it's just lots of casual encounters with lots of female characters who're feeling deprived.

First one starts as friends with benefits(!!) and ends as an harem. It will probably be the same with this sequel. The vibes are very harem-like.
Right OK, so the Harem comes late game then. Yeah it's so far nothing to do with Harem at all. In fact a good chunk of the dialogue has been about all of the horses with larger penises than the MC that they've slept with previously. Can't imagine a bigger turnoff personally. I love TS' artwork, but the writing really doesn't work for me at all. If this one is just more of the same vibe of "Don't worry, you can put it in my ass, I regularly take horsecock in there so I won't even feel your tiny human peepee, you won't hurt me." Then I'll have to just continue to admire their artwork and ignore the games.

In the first one, if my memory serves well, sleeping around is only briefly mentioned and horses are actually dismissed as two pumps chumps (which applies to real horses as well). In the sequel there's no mention at all, and though only few heroines are virgin the heroines are clearly less libertine than the first game, possibly because of the grim situation of the world.
It's been briefly mentioned a lot so far, perhaps that's just luck of the draw but at a certain point TMI overrules my enjoyment of TS' artwork. Anyway, thank you, good to know the writing's different in that respect.

Anddddd wishlisted, now that it is coming to Steam, I am eager to once again put my money where my mouth is. I hope there are safeguards in place to protect the game from copyright contestants. As much as I love the variant choices, I am worried their existence in the game by default could cause issues. Perhaps it would be wise to separate them as a separate addon mod distributed on another site?
