Because some people aren't gay and don't like seeing gay things, so warnings are helpful.

More often than not on this forum though, it's just people being extremely homophobic and hate being reminded that gay people exist. They barge into threads even if they're already marked with tags like "Gay" and "Furry" and bitch that the game has Gay and Furry stuff in it, and demand that it be removed. Even though the games were made specifically for gay people/furries.

I don't quite understand your question, this thread says [Collection][Video] on the title, and the OP says Length: 1-10 second loops, nowhere does it mention having Pictures. Almost all the Animation threads that have Pictures mention the number of pics, if they do have them. If you don't want to download and check yourself, you can visit any of the Rule34 sites to see samples. These are loops and GIFs, and maybe a few pics.

Yeah, are they just a picture shown for a certain amount of seconds before flipping to the next image. Like looking at a photo album. None of the pictures are gifs? mp4's? etc. = Non-animated-pictures ?
