Yeah, are they just a picture shown for a certain amount of seconds before flipping to the next image. Like looking at a photo album. None of the pictures are gifs? mp4's? etc. = Non-animated-pictures ?

It's only 371 MB, just download it and see for yourself. There are around 10-20 non-animated/still images, 95% of the files are Animated GIFs and MP4s.
