You appear to still be reading Part 1, so that's as expected. The options change in Part 2. The house menu doesn't 1:1 exactly match the current storyline, nor do the repeatable events in the house.

yes play part 1 first and pt 2 will pick up right where pt1 left off
Someone remember who is Jaina? I can't remember who she is and in the v3.9 she have a room in the harem wing but the room is always empty. I remember Kathy, but not Jaina...

Jaina is the mouse beastkin slave girl you could purchase (as a virgin) from the brothel in the late parts of Chapter 2 once you had the VIP card. Chapter 3 just opened with the assumption that all optional girls like that were purchased, since the brothel was being so heavily rewritten.

also try different time's off the day when checking the room,as far i know all girls are in their beds sleeping at night time

Not quite all. For example, Ellene and her guards are awake at night because they're effectively the House guard; they sleep in the morning. A few other girls' rooms are always empty, including Jaina's because she hasn't been re-implemented in Ch3 yet, I believe.

yeah well some are 100% optional and require the player to make a effort to encounter etc.
to many have to little content for me to bother proactively seek them out.
i did the cat beastkin story once and never bothered looking for her again.
personally i stopped going for the extra/bonus content (buying the extra slaves on the market and brothel) the main cast is big enough and is still going to grow , no real need to go out and find more.

It would be nice if the animations were full animations. That way you don't have to keep clicking the screen just to get to the next screen so much. Like here, have the animation show this screen or scenes like it for a few seconds or minutes and then automatically move on to the next scene.

they happen like once per month, dev hasn't said anything in the discord about it but you can assume it will release by the end of the month for patrons, and a little later for the public release
