I can finally see a light in the end of the tunnel, but I totally get your point. I think by the dev focusing too much on Rachel and taking way to long to deal with the family drama, people got even colder with the family over the years. Even though I'm happy that we are finally going to bond with the family, I feel like we should have been doing that a long time ago. Heck, we can even have sex with the sauna ladies and yet to see a nipple from a family member. A bit unbalanced if you ask me.

I don't care about the family's content, like everyone else who was dissatisfied, we can easily skip this content because we are irritated by the main character's family, we don't care about the nipples of the main character's sister and mother, we have a fair hatred for the main character's family, we don't understand why it is necessary to resurrect the main character at all, if at the beginning of the game you send him out into the street without money and food, especially this concerns the main character's mother, a hypocritical bitch, sorry if I express my point of view too harshly

I log on and see all your messages, some very long, some satisfied, some unhappy, but seeing you debate this game and its plot at least proves that I've managed to captivate my audience.

I've taken the time to read everything, and your encouragement motivates me to do better and better. And as with Chekov's rifle principle, every protagonist (even those glimpsed only furtively) is useful and interwoven into the scenario.

And the motivations of each protagonist remain mostly hidden! I've deliberately told the story in the first person, which is the MC, so that the player doesn't know much more than the main protagonist.

i check the game after two more updates again

i stuck at the rachel visit
and there is nothing to do to advance the story
i guess its because i avoid to much "woman" (no futa option)

What's the point of resurrecting the main character if he's thrown out on the street without money, documents and food, and the first person who fed the main character was an unknown hermaphrodite selling hot dogs, where's the motivation here, if you wanted to achieve hatred for the main character's family, congratulations, you achieved it, but now you force the main character and the player to tolerate these two bitches, and that's not cool

The pirates are upset. Choosing beggars, practically. imo, Leonave only has to worry about the happiness of subscribers and potential subscribers, but mostly I think they're making this game because it's a story that they want to tell. Making the audience happy is possibly secondary.

Regardless, it's far too easy to harp on the negative, and I think that's a shame. This forum rarely compliments the original renders, the detailed animations (especially flesh deformation!), or the compelling characterization, or the world building, or the mysterious storyline.

If I were Leonave I'd probably read these forums, true, but I'd take every bit of vitriol slung in my direction with a grain of salt. This forum can be downright mean rather than constructive.

I'm going to release a v0.40.1 that should correct this problem, the error comes from my code, a player pointed it out to me yesterday and I spent a long time trying to figure out what it was.

I'm taking into account the feedback I don't necessarily get from my subscribers. The player base here is much larger, and I'm receiving a lot more bug reports than I do from my modest group of supporters.
In a way, I'm using the F95 player base to improve the content for my subscribers.

Are you saying that I can tell the main character's family to go to hell with the subscriber versions or are you one of those people who likes it when your game character gets spit on and you're thrilled about it?

Wow... The thread is busy... So many opinions... Some valid and some... Well... Make little sense.
As far as recent content goes the uh...family could be starting a campaign of emotional manipulation of the MC(carrot and stick) to kinda keep him closer using his desire to reconcile to speed along the memory recovery thus helping along the investigation... MC clueless as he is is at the center of the seemingly terrible fuckup... He had to be a dangerous dude for what he pulled off if he's even responsible at all (his skill set pre amnesia is a curiosity to me)... Emily's bitchiness comes from pain ove MC and what he allegedly did... Their mother, the exemplary CEO totally SUCKS as a mom... MC wants his family to love him and to be able to love them freely but,... What was the family dynamic before???
The developer is playing this script close to his chest... I think some pretty fucked up truths are yet to come out and they will play a part in what or rather who the MC will turn out to be..
Pathing????.... Either redemption for MC and family or scorched earth for them all.. IDK...
I just hope MC won't be a dishrag from beginning to end..

Be careful....this Game will fill your RAM to the brim...no matter if you have 32,64,128,256 GB of RAM. After 5 Minutes....Game is not playable anymore.... Dunno why.....first time that this ever happens....
