Well woman are link to the mc as well but do they not count now as part of the story after having sex with them and having content with ? or are the just counted as past updated then ?

They're also part of the story, right. But come on, with all the infos given by the narrative about hermas dramatic situation, you have to admit there is a special focus on them. I would even dare to say the implications of this will have important consequences on the development of the story, if it didn't already have some in MC past.
