same here i tried to delete them in registry and in the files but nothing seems to work

Could be wrong and someone correct me if I am, but I get the feeling that starting with all store items, full desk and all missions unlocked is how it is now. As in if someone played this game for the first time today on a new pc, they would also have everything unlocked pretty much besides the skins and achievements. So there isn't any resetting except for money and achievements.
Can't test it myself, but I have also tried deleting save + appdata folder + registry and nothing, still fully unlocked.

I'm sure the dev wiped his code accidentally and had to start from zero. But since he stopped doing at the very least yearly updates on his twitter account I stopped having faith that this game had any future at all.
Game's good, though. A shame.

idk if it just me or everyone else but version 0.20 (or whatever it was before the 0.99 got posted here) was WAY less buggy and more enjoyable....
