1.Talk to the woman blonde woman outside your room
2. down the elevator to to sperm room and pickup the cap on the floor
3. go to the room next to it and pickup the bone on the floor
4. take the stairs down and pickup the hand bone
5. use the mouse to merge the hand and arm bones and put them on the skeleton in the doctor's room.
6. pickup the key from the skeleton and use it on the door downstairs. 7.fuck the girl next to the bike and enter the van continuation bellow

Yeah, but you know the first game he released back in the day when there were no Amazons, Train, Beach, Hospital etc and just Fuckerman.
