Steps:
- Go to the sheriff's office and pick up the coffee cup in the waste bin
- Go to the IT room and pick up the key on the right most box
- Use the key on the basement door
- Go to the basement jail and pick up the coffee capsule on the table
- Go to the reception and put the coffee cup and then the coffee capsule in the coffee maker
- Go to the IT office and talk to the IT officer. give the coffee to the IT officer and then fuck her
- Go to the sheriff's office and pick up the violator's documents on the desk. Also open the desk drawer and pick up the key
- Go to the basement jail and pick up the dildo
- Go back to the sheriff's office and place the dildo in the wall cavity
- Enter the secret passageway and grab the safe code from the pipe
- Lock the sheriff in the basement jail with the lever (while you are in the passageway)
- Go to the shooting range and open the safe with the safe code. Pick up the gun inside
- Go to the start and give the gun to the officer. Then fuck her. You receive a key card
- Go to the basement jail and open the cell with the key card. Then fuck the prisoner & sheriff. Pick up the key afterwards
- Go to the reception and open the prostitute's cell. Talk to her and give her the violator's documents. Then fuck her
- Leave the police station through the leftmost door in the reception

idk why, but the newer games have become very lacking in content.
