No, it won't, that's the point I'm making. If you're into urination and you find a game with that tag but there's only one scene, which features after 4 hours of playing and requires jumping through 30 hoops, you've just wasted your time. If you like urination and you see it as a tag, you expect it to be good focus of the content.

The summaries rarely give any proper information regarding the tags, the tag/genre spoiler is generally a bit better but still has the same problems.

Again you are confusing tags with genre, that's not how they work. They are there to label all available fetishes the game brings you, not the main focus as that would be very arbitrary.

At least we have vndb so as long as the game is vn you can go check there for actual proper tags.
