It's called culture, have you ever tried learning about other countries and languages?

You are just misusing them, read about the game if you want to know what the focus is, tags help but aren't everything.
If you want a game that only focuses on a specific fetish then look for games that only have that tag without all the others you don't care to see.

If the NTR is constrained to an ending, it shouldn't be a tag. Someone who is looking for NTR content would waste their time with this game.

Unfortunate, but it highlights just how flawed the "tag" system is on here.
When the tags are as limited as they are, they become all encompassing, which makes them look like Genres.

NTR as the GENRE wouldn't be here. And the tags for "Netorare", "Netori", "Netorase" wouldn't either.
But a tag for Gameover NTR, or Avoidable NTR would be (like it is on VNDB's tags).
But since we're only allowed "NTR" as a tag, it completely warps the perspective of what this game might be about.
People who hate NTR will avoid it, and people who like NTR will waste their time.
