Now im stuck after picking up the battery, im assuming this is the full level so after the deathclaw the bar only moved maybe a 1/4 of the way

Ehh, I'm desperate for some good Fallout sex games but I've never found this overly cartoon-like western porn to be all that attractive. Just looks like I'm playing a Looney Tunes game or something to me, like it's trying to be funny instead of sexy. Hard to take seriously as erotica.

1. Pick up water bottle.
2. Leave the room and pick up concrete near the door.
3. Move to next area and Pick up yellow barrel.
4. Go left drop barrel and pick up key.
5. Return to redcock building and open the door. Also go to the garage and pick up pan.
6. Pick up coffee maker and Pick up log.
7. Go back to toxic pool and Place log after the place where key was found.
8. Pass to next area and pick up the pipe near the cage. Then Combine coffe maker+pipe+concrete.
9. Use the new item on the cage Pickup car battery at the end of the screen Press E on released death claw.
10 Put the car battery in the strange machine (where MC wakes up) and free the second girl.
11. Pick the lighter from her chamber.
12. Return to where you freed the death claw and pick up egg. Now Combine egg+pan+lighter.
13. Give the final item to the guy and you get the second sex scene. (Will give MC another key)
14. Return to first area. (When passing toxic pool MC will get bigger boobs and dick animation).
15. Fuck the newly released girl. Now Pick the power core dropped by the girl.
16. Go back to the room where the coffee maker was.
17. Use the power core on the bound cyborg. And Fuckthe cyborg.
18. Cyborg laster blasts a locker in the room when fucked. Go to blasted locker and pick up tape.
19. Return to entrance and go to garage. now Unlock the door in the garage with the new key.
20. Go to couch and pick up spring.
21. Return to garage and place storing, then tape and then water into the machine in garage. Now Pickp prop laser gun.
22. Enter the room from garage. And Give new prop laster gun to girl in astronaut outfit. Now Fuck the girl.
23. Return to the outside of redcock building. Press E on the car.
End of game.

Don't give the NPC his item while in the dialogue, otherwise the game will freeze your character.

Okay, here's the full walkthrough:
1. Grab the water in the Vault.
2. Go outside the Vault and get the rebar sitting outside.
3. Talk to Preston.
4. Go to the "Red Cock" (Red Rocket) and get the Barrel outside and the Frying Pan inside the open part.
5. Got to the radioactive zone and put the barrel down.
6. Get the Key.
7. Go back to Red Cock and open the locked door outside. Get the Coffee maker and the wooden board.
8. Go back to the radiation zone and place the wooden board over the open gap.
9. Go to the Deathclaw zone and get the pipe near the cage. Combine the pipe, coffee maker and rebar in that order and make a Power Fist.
10. Use the fist to destroy the cage. Fuck the Deathclaw and get the car battery.
11. Return to the Vault and use the battery on the machine. Release Piper and get the Lighter.
12. Go back to where the Deathclaw was and get the egg and combine the egg with the frying pan and the lighter. Give it to Preston and fuck (and obtain the key).
13. Go into radiation zone and you get bigger tits and a dick. Go to Piper and fuck her. Get the Fusion Core.
14. Go to the Assaultron at the Red Cock and activate (fuck) it. Get the duct tape.
15. Use the key and go into the other door that is locked at the Red Cock. Get the Spring.
16. Combine Spring, Water and Duct Tape to make a Ray Gun. Give to the Space Lady and Fuck.
17. Get in the car and the game is over... for now

The deathclaw size thing is hot. I'm all about that and the idea of being kidnapped and used as a fucktoy by supermutants. It's a shame there isnt a decent enough Fallout female protagonist game like that. I tried modding FO4 to do that but it broke the game.

Go to loverslab and you'll find exactly that sort of thing. You'll need to do some heavy mods to your game to make it all work, though.
