upscaled & interpolated Fugtrup`s vids

(it`s not full, most of his earliest works are skipped due to quality or length). Vids with added sound are marked by name of SFX author (special thanks to RavenOfOld & suginger for providing remixed audio collections; I also added a few sounds for some vids that I have found)
P.S. I didn't add all variants of alt sounds, so, if you want to change it simply, without re-enconding, use avidemux (it`s really simple and easy to use)

I should pay more attention to the stills... Some of them are really great. Saw a really cute Max a few pages back.
