I'll be honest: I'm kinda ashamed! I wish I had the skills to do this myself but... all I can do is motivation, bluster and expression.

well, I am not gonna pretend that it will be perfect, though looked down upon, while not basic unreadable MTL, using advanced software I have a Local LLM AI that runs off of my own hardware that specializes in translating JAP to ENG, and it takes into account the context of whatever line it is translating with the surrounding text too, through some playtests I've done of various KF titles that have not been translated with it and honestly it works perfectly, I managed to do a FULL read through of KF2if and read quite a bit of KF Gaiden 2's sequel and it's actually readable and completely understandable with the software, having read the localized game, and of course in editing I can humanize the translation even further and take context from the original KF2 as there actually are a few scenes that are one to one, so it will at the very least not be a basic MTL title that's barely understandable, so that way not only will we have the superior story translated but the CANNON story, yes, MG translated the one that's NOT CANNON, I'm not going to sit here and wait on MG to MAYBE translate the cannon story, not while they're actively translating the reboot "KF5" that I've heard terrible things about

either way though, I wouldn't put out a half assed product at least, it will be 100% readable and accurate, so it would also take time, but it rides on figuring out how to get the translation in the game itself, we can await and see if Night see's your tagging of his profile and we'll see where it goes from there if he's able to help at all

here's what I'll do, I'll create a proof of concept really quick using a txt file, and I'll post the translation of the prologue

be adivised do the Harem ending the last since i did myself on my 3rd playthough and did leizil ending on my 4th and now my last one is ischtovia after this i can nut to whatever route i want until 5 shows up to us

Nope. I got both EN and JP versions of game, EN lacks the 3 DLCs.

all DLCs but they are in JP, not translated. Put all pak files into Funbag Fantasy 4 folder. I won't be updating the download link so get it now. You can use them with EN version of game.

I don't trust Mangagamer to do ANYTHING extra for a game they localize. They've been the epitome of lazy when it comes to extra content for games they worked on.

Typically Funbag Fantasy games run on a flag system where choices that branch off to different routes go by sequence. Good odds are if you are getting scenes that focus more prominently on one individual heroine then you are on her route, while the Harem route will bypass every other branch up to the end of the game.

for Veronica Route you need first say nothing when ischtovia show up and Rescue the Nuns then Refuse her deal after ,then you back to the monastery and when Veronica show up you choose you and her talk in your room .for ischtovia you continue with say nothing aceept her deal but once veronica show up pick the first option ,for leizil all you need do when ischtovia show up pick the second option where Astor quit the Monastery ,for the Dark elf you need accept ischtovia deal and proceed until you and the first minotour guy you become firends asks if you want meet a dark elf or not ,the Ascend the throne on this part where the minotour asks about if you want meet a dark elf or not pick the second option but be warnd the throne route is big as fuck and the Sex only happen once you finish the route then the game thtow like alot of Scenes as rewards

I appreciate it, I didn't really edit it much though because I wanted to just give a short demo of it for here, so the final product will be much more "human" but yeah, I am keeping an eye out for him and checking here occasionally to see if he pops up, because without the help of someone who can embed the text into the game, the projects dead, I am not gonna release a txt file of the script lmao, worst case scenario if he doesn't show up, if we get lucky, maybe someone else who has the programming knowledge to do this will see this and can help

for reference, last time I tried to do this (I did try embedding it myself) I completely broke it, so, me myself is a no go
